BETTER - ON PAPER!

Speedprint was established in 1983 by father and son Martin and Vincent Goode. Having previously run a small graphic design studio for five years, the opening of a print shop was a natural step.

MARTIN GOODE

was born in London and showed interest in sketching and cartooning from his early

schooldays. He lived in Tillicoultry in Scotland for five years, which inspired his passion for the rugged British countryside. His non-stop drawing and cartooning soon turned to painting which he continued to study in his home county of Essex. Martin's career started as a creative photographer, then a commercial artist and graphic designer

Martin Goode 1932-2002

The combination of Art, Photography and Printing paved the way to develop a publishing company in 1987, producing fine art prints depicting scenes of British cities, towns and villages. Martin's original paintings adorn homes all over the world and he quickly became one of the industry's most prolific and sought after watercolour artists. He wrote many articles for artists' magazines, produced his own library of instruction videos, has held one man exhibitions and demonstrated his watercolour techniques at many art exhibitions and seminars. Commissions for original paintings were received from palaces, town councils, commercial organisations, art galleries and individual collectors.

Martin Goode passed away in February 2002 after a sudden illness.

ANDREW CAMERON

joined the team in 1985 and helped to establish Speedprint as the area's leading instant print business. He is very methodical in his approach, and our clients quickly build up solid working relationships with Andrew's easy going style.

 Andy Cameron

Andrew is a keen golfer, footballer and his hobbies include motorbikes, quizzes, and mushy peas. He is married and lives in Purley, Surrey.

VINCENT GOODE

is one of the co-founders of Speedprint. He lives in Loughton, Essex with his wife, daughter baby son and until recently Ndu the hamster. He is an award winning photographer and classically trained pianist and enjoys travel, music, eating, sleeping and playing football (even at his age!). He has an uncanny memory for all things trivial, which explains why he doesn't have many friends. Vincent was educated at Ilford County High School for boys.
